Job Description

Adam& Martin Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Civil Litigation Associate! The ideal candidate will have professional firm industry experience and the ability to navigate the complexities of the legal system. The Civil Litigation Associate will work closely with senior attorneys to manage cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and shareholders on case strategy and client representation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the MN state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.
