Job Description

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your primary duties will include greeting clients, answering, and directing phone calls, client intake, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain calendars for Attorneys, have excellent organization skills, be prompt and on time, and being friendly and easy to work with.

This is a fully in office position located in the Tech Center that is looking to bring someone on for a temporary start but looking to convert to a permanent role very quickly. The firm is seeking four years of previous legal experience and needs someone who is happy handling all client communication.

Offering $54-58,000 annually DOE.
