Downtown LA firm seeks an experience intake paralegal to help coordinate ongoing marketing campaigns. The role requires the ability to work independently, stay organized and operate with a very high level of attention to detail. A high degree of proficiency with excel is required and testing may be administered. You must be a people person and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently. At least 2+ years of relevant legal experience is required.
Successful candidates for the paralegal role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude. Someone who is able to work with minimal guidance and are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks would be a good fit for this role. Strong proofreading, communication and writing skills are preferred. Firm offers competitive salary and this position may grow from a long-term temp to a full-time position. 1+ year of experience as an intake paralegal
Bachelors Degree (desired)
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
