Job Description

Bankruptcy consulting firm in the Valley seeks a junior paralegal to assist with calendaring and other administrative duties. A paralegal certificate or experience working with litigation documents is required. You must be comfortable with reviewing pleadings and legal filings and understand civil procedure. This is an excellent long-term growth opportunity for someone to take on increasing responsibilities and obtain career advancement.
Junior paralegal responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, revising, and formatting legal documents
  • Calendar management
  • Knowledge of court deadlines
  • Court filings
 
Successful candidates for the junior paralegal role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude.  Someone who is able to work with minimal guidance and are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks would be a good fit for this role.   Legal secretary candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply as well.  Firm offers competitive salary package.
