Growing Century City Los Angeles firm seeks talented transactional legal secretary to join its team. In this Legal Secretary role, you will be responsible for supporting up to 3 transactional attorneys. Legal Secretary must have at least 3 years of transactional legal secretary experience in the areas of corporate, entertainment, or real estate transactional matters.
Transactional Legal Secretary responsibilities include:Preparing, revising, and formatting legal documents
Managing the calendar for all the attorneys
Preparing expense reports and inputting attorney time
Successful candidates for the Legal Secretary role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude. Someone who is able to work with minimal guidance and are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks would be a good fit for this role.
Additional requirements of the Legal Secretary role include:3+ years of experience as a legal secretary / administrative assistant
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
