Adams and Martin Group is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join a global law firm here in San Diego. The Legal Receptionist must have AT LEAST one year of administrative/reception experience in a law firm. 

 Job Responsibilities Include: 

  • Primary responsibility to Reception
  • Answering phones, greeting, and directing clients and guests
  • Conference room management, including scheduling conference rooms and maintaining appearance and supply levels
  • General administrative duties such as filing and data entry 
This position is covering for someone who is on maternity leave for 5 months. The hours for this position will be from 8:00am-5:00pm. Successful candidates for the Legal Receptionist role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude.

Additional requirements of the Legal Reception role include:
  • Minimum of one year administrative/reception work in a law firm
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Incredible organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great personal skills
