Our client has an immediate need for an Immigration Paralegal job in Denver, CO. Immigration Paralegal Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
·Preparation and filing a full range of nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, TN etc.
· Will compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation
. Maintain direct contact with multiple attorneys.
· Independently prepares documents to assist attorneys with matters.
· Review complex legal documents. · Compile and analyze case facts.
· Determine and calendar deadlines.
· Communicate with clients and visa beneficiaries.

Qualifications
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Estate Administration Paralegal
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Must have Paralegal Certificate and Bachelor's Degree a plus
