Our client, a national commercial developer company is hiring for an In-House Real Estate Paralegal job in North Denver, CO. You will need at least seven years' experience in this or a similar role, and must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills. In-House Real Estate Paralegal Job Responsibilities Include:
 
*Title/survey review
*Prepare title objection letters
*Prepare closing instruction letters
*Formulate closing checklists
*Plan contract timelines
*Partner with title companies for closings
*Review title company closing documents
*Draft leases
*Prepare loan transactions
*Outline acquisition/disposition of real estate property
*Review contracts
*Write closing documents
 
 
Qualifications:
 
*Minimum seven years' experience in this/similar role
*A 4 year degree and/or certification
*Must be detail-oriented
*Strong organizational skills
*Excellent verbal/written communication skills
