Senior Litigation Paralegal

Location: Pasadena, CA 91101

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client and clerk calls
• Manage filing tasks and calendaring (utilize filing service for tight deadlines)
• Utilize Westlaw for calendaring purposes
• Use Outlook for basic communication
• Employ Tabs for billing (no current billables)
• Assist with administrative tasks supporting office management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong background in heavy litigation
• Ability to adapt and collaborate as a true team player
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and cultural fit are crucial

Specialization: Complex litigation and business transaction law, with a focus on healthcare professionals (doctors/physicians, medical groups, radiology centers, etc.)

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
• Working Hours: 8:30-9:00 am start
• On-site parking available
• On-site desk provided
