An expanding litigation law firm in Brentwood, Los Angeles is seeking a Probate Litigation Assistant to join our team. As a key contributor, the Litigation Assistant will support probate litigation matters by handling notices of depositions, drafting forms, conducting research, and potentially creating TOCs/TOAs. The ideal Litigation Assistant should possess a strong background in litigation, specifically in probate, and showcase a commitment to upholding high professional standards.
