Job Description

Data Entry Clerk needed for a busy North County law firm throughout the next 6-8 weeks to help finish a project/deadline. Candidates must have experience with data entry and be very familiar/quick with Excel and Adobe functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manually work with over 10,000 online files that need to be organized. 
  • Work extensively with Excel and Adobe functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 2 years working as a file/records/data entry clerk
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated to complete repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be familiar with Excel formatting and Adobe functions
