Job Description

Century City Law office is seeking an experienced office assistant for general office duties and light IT support. 

General tasks include:

  • setting up computers and offices for new hires
  • helping all CA employees with IT related issues
  • ordering and organizing supplies
  • communicating with vendors
  • serving defendants
  • delivering documents when needed
  • reviewing documents
  • updating service lists and logs
  • organizing files
  • other general duties as needed
