My client, a well-established, law firm in Denver, CO, has an immediate need for a Patent Docketing Specialist to support a busy and growing patent practice group. The ideal candidate must have experience creating new records, updates existing records, tracks and reports critical deadlines, assists with intakes, research, validation, and supports the IP Docket Supervisor as a lead on US and foreign docketing.
· Minimum of 5 years of patent experience working with domestic, international and foreign patent matters and a thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. patent documents and filing procedures.
· The ability to work with minimal supervision, in a high-volume, intellectually repetitive environment while maintaining attention to detail is required.
· Strong organizational skills and the understanding of accurately docketing time sensitive dates and information; excellent computer and database skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
