Job Description

San Diego law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to start immediately! This candidate needs to have at least 1-3 years experience working in an office environment. This candidate must be highly proficient in technology and can easily learn new software. Please submit resumes in MS Word for immediate and confidential consideration. 

Legal Administrative Assistant responsibilities include: 
* Some filing, scanning, and uploading documents into software programs
* Maintaining client databases, document management systems, and case management systems
* Some answering of phones 
* Supporting office management 
 
Additional requirements of the Legal Administrative Assistant role include: 
* 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant 
* Pays close attention to detail
* Can handle multiple projects at a time 
* Bachelor's degree required (BS/BA)
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook 
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
