Job Description

Our client a national law firm, is seeking a junior Paralegal/Legal Assistant for its Denver office. Ideal candidates must have 1-2 years of legal experience. Litigation is preferred, but not required.


Solid knowledge of litigation support, experience organizing caseloads, discovery, trial preparation and experience assisting at trial. Familiarity with the Georgia and Federal rules of civil procedure. Client contact, document review, drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research, as well as some administrative duties.


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • ABA approved Paralegal certificate (preferred)
  • Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills
