Are you a recent college graduate who is seeking project/long-term temporary work before deciding to attend Law School or Paralegal School? Our client is looking for this type of candidate to assist with Reception/Front Desk and Office Services work. If you have an interest working in a law firm before making the decision to go to Law School or Paralegal School and have had internship/prior work experience in the legal field, then this is a great opportunity for you! Pay will fall between the $15 - $17/hr range.
Reception/Front Desk Services for Recent Graduates Job Responsibilities:
· Answering phones
· Calendar management
· Setting up conference rooms for attorneys
· Greeting clients
· Filing and scanning
· Additional office services/reception work
Additional Requirements of the Reception/Front Desk Services for Recent Grads include:
· Internship experience in a law firm is a plus but not required
· Reception experience
· Bachelor's degree is mandatory
· Interest in legal and pursuing law school or paralegal school
