Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Practice Area: Defense Litigation

Location: Denver, CO 80202

Type: Full-time, Hybrid/on-site

Experience: 1-2+ years

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

* Prepare legal documents for a high volume of cases

* Handle division of marital assets during divorce proceedings

* Analyze client situations and develop strategic action plans

* Represent clients in court proceedings

* Maintain organized and updated client files

* Contribute to case strategy development

* Navigate courtroom procedures confidently

Qualifications:

* Licensed to practice law in Colorado

* 1-2 years of family law experience, including real estate

* Legal background with J.D. degree

* Active ABA membership

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Previous litigation experience required

* 3-5 years of overall litigation experience
