Sophisticated Sacramento area law firm seeks talented Litigation Associate to join its team  Litigation Associate should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience.  Firm offers growth potential and competitive compensation package.  Salary range in the $100,000 - $140,000 or even higher for the right candidate.  Full Benefits Package.  (Health, 401K, etc.)

Attorney responsibilities include:

*  Independently work on civil litigation caseload
*  Handle cases from inception to completion
*  Make appearances
*  Take and defend depositions
*  Discovery
*  Prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial
*  Law and motion

Additional requirements of the Attorney role include:

*  2+ years of experience in litigation cases
*  Licensed to practice in the State of California in good standing
*  Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
*  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
