Job Description

A Colorado law firm is looking for a Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their team in their Denver, CO office. Industry-leading compensation and comprehensive benefits offered!

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage workers' compensation and insurance defense cases from inception through trial/settlement
• Legal research, client communication
• Discovery and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement proposals
• E-filing in CO state courts
• Some federal and appellate filing

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation Paralegal experience
• Paralegal certificate - preferred
• Positive attitude and team player
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to commute to the firm's office daily in Denver Tech Center
  • Will be able to work from home one day per week once up and running

Salary Range: $65-$75k/yr.
