Job Description

Large corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in San Diego! This role will have a broad range of job responsibilities including drafting, litigation support, research, contract review, discovery, and court filings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide litigation support such as discovery and researching laws/legislation
  • Draft and review legal documents such as: vendor agreements, SOW'S, non-disclosure agreements, lease agreements and renewals, contracts
  • Track and file executed contracts
  • Enter data/documents regarding contracts in their management system
  • Support collections and bankruptcy matters
  • Draft correspondence

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Paralegal certificate is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate setting
  • Good analytical skills
  • Must have the ability to establish trust and rapport with different divisions
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to track multiple projects
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online research such as Westlaw Research
