Our client, a rapidly growing boutique law firm, is looking for a paralegal to join its team in the firm's Denver office. On the job training and mentorship will be provided, but a can-do attitude, diligent work ethic, and team-player approach are all a MUST. 

Responsibilities of this position include:
* Initiating new client matters with the firm system
* Handling calendaring and dockets for team of attorneys
* Ordering medical records and reconciling invoices
* Providing status updates to clients 
* Assist with office administration tasks as needed
* E-filing and hard-copy filing of legal documents 
* Assist receptionist with managing phone system as needed
* Coordinate/schedule prehearing conferences and depositions

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Bachelors/Associates degree AND paralegal certificate required
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail 
High-level analytical and critical thinking skills
Collaborative attitude 
Very organized, can prioritize tasks and allocate time according to urgency 
Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with CO state e-filing procedures
Experience working within a law firm is a huge plus
