Job Description

A reputable boutique law firm in the Real Estate industry, serving regional and local builders and developers of planned communities and condominium projects to representing community associations in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience.

The Associate will be responsible for:

-Manage general community association matters.

-Contract interpretation and drafting.

-Collection and covenant enforcement litigation.

-Courtroom appearance preferred; person must be comfortable attending hearings.

-General Real Estate transactions and general litigation
