Adams and Martin Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work at a prestigious firm in Downtown San Diego. This firm handles a variety of litigation and transactional matters and is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years experience. Experience with E-discovery is required. Job Responsibilities include:

  • E-discovery experience is required including responding to e-Discovery responses 
  • 5 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal  
  • Drafting motions and pleadings 
  • Knowledge of state and federal court rules 
  • Trial preparation 
  • Must be able to balance multiple time-sensitive projects 
  • Paralegal certificate is required 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
