Job Description

A boutique firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their corporate team providing services that are tailored to the healthcare community. The firm allows you to grow your career through direct client involvement, access to industry experts, and mentoring from the most senior partners in the firm.

Qualifications:

• You are a current and in good standing member of the Virginia State Bar (or able to waive in).
• You have 1-3+ years of corporate transactional experience, including contract review.
• Experience in health law is a bonus, but not required.
• You have a strong academic record and a law degree.
• You are a smart, driven attorney seeking to learn and grow in a team environment,
• You have a dedication to excellent client service and a passion for the practice of law.
