Are you an experienced bilingual case manager with a positive attitude? Our client is expanding and seeking someone who can handle a heavy case load of pre-lit personal injury cases to join their team.This is a role with a challenging, fast-paced caseload that keeps you engaged.

Your Responsibilities:

• Initial and ongoing client contact
• Requesting medical records and scheduling appointments
• Managing client medical care and file management
• Calendaring events and resolving claims
• Reporting to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolutionTop 3 Requirements:

Key Qualifiers

1. Bilingual Spanish proficiency
2. 2+ years' experience in personal injury as a Case Manager
3. Understanding of injury claims process and basic medical terminology
