My client, a prominent growing boutique law firm has an immediate need for a legal administrative assistant/receptionist to join its team. Full and part-time applicants please apply! This is a busy and growing practice group that offers great perks and benefits including paid parking downtown. Come join this collegiate and supportive legal team!  

Experience working in a law firm preferred, but not required! The duties of this position include client/vendor interface, managing phone system, ordering and restocking office supplies, filing and scanning documents, maintaining client files in the firm database, initiating new client matters, timekeeping for attorneys and other office administrative tasks as needed.
