Valley company seeks Intellectual Property Attorney to join their growing in-house legal department. IP Attorney will be responsible for managing the company's intellectual property practice, including clearance, registration, and prosecution of counterfeiters.
- Must have a degree from a recognized law school and be duly licensed
- Should have 7-10 years' experience as an Intellectual Property attorney handling copyright and trademark clearance, protection and enforcement
- Experience with consumer products
- Working knowledge of IP protection on a global scale
