Adams & Martin Group is working with an AmLaw firm on its search for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Staff Attorney Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing discovery and fact development projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all backhouse document review stages, from collection through production, as well as extensive experience with platforms such as Relativity, Case Dynamics, and others.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic design and management of discovery projects
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals
• Utilize cutting-edge technology for project management
• Conduct custodian interviews and manage outside vendors
• Lead teams of reviewers and implement best practices
• Respond to management requests and support trial preparation

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the CA bar
• Minimum 5 years of complex litigation experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience assisting in management of document reviews for litigation teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Team player with leadership experience
