Job Description

Century City law firm seeks Legal Office Services Clerk that will be responsible for providing high quality service to partners, attorneys and support staff in the Los Angeles office. The Legal Office Services Clerk will be providing complex duplicating, binding, faxing, mailing, courier services, back-up reception coverage, and hospitality when necessary.

  • Minimum 6 months of direct work in a law firm or professional services environment in duplication/office services department
  • Good communication and organizational skills.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment; ability to negotiate solutions to problems and provide assurance of resolution
  • Must be able to arrive on time and be dependable in reporting to work each day
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
