Job Description

Century City law firm seeks Entry Level Clerk. Entry Level Clerk will be responsible for locating and managing case files for Attorneys, Paralegals and Legal Secretaries.  Entry Level Clerk will prepare files for offsite storage, indexing litigation files, assisting with trial preparation and special projects as needed. Organization is key.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience using in MS Office, Word and Excel
