Are you a dynamic paralegal with a passion for civil litigation? Look no further! Adams & Martin Group is working with an esteemed and well-established law firm searching for a talented paralegal to join their esteemed team.

Hours & Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid schedule options.

Parking: Fully covered by firm.

Experience: 3+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury, employment, business/civil litigation, and/or construction experience preferred)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and tenure--$70,000-95,000. There is wiggle room to go higher but must have the experience to match.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong technical skills in MS Office programs, case management software, and document review software
• High attention to detail and a deep understanding of legal procedures and local court rules
• Experience with drafting subpoenas and written discovery desired
• Hands-on experience with e-filing and calendaring is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
