Litigation Paralegal

Calling all Litigation Paralegals for an exciting opportunity at a growing construction defect and personal injury firm in the Mira Mesa/UTC area! This firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience who is looking to establish longevity in their career at a great law firm. The firm's practice areas includes: insurance defense, construction defect, personal injury (catastrophic). 

Job Responsibilities:

  • familiarity with Trial flow and stages of case from inception to final disposition
  • drafting legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, memos, and briefs
  • Team player! 
Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of expereince in personal injury, construction defect or insurance defense required- a plus if 7+ years of expereince in all 3 areas
  • ABA approved paralegal certificate
