Job Description

A boutique law firm has an immediate opening for a mid-level transactional M&A Attorney with 3-5 The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating all transaction documentation
  • Deal structuring and tax-planning.
  • Conducting due diligence
  • Working with all stakeholders and professional advisors to efficiently close transactions.

Qualifications

· Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of large law firm experience working on sophisticated merger & acquisitions transactions, as well as securities and general corporate matters.

· Must have excellent drafting and negotiating skills.

· Strong organizational skills and excellent academics.

· Superior academic background and a desire for teamwork.

· Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Georgia Bar
