Job Description

Established and reputable real estate and baking law firm has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary/Paralegal to support the Managing Partner of the firm. Ideal candidate is someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm, preferably in a transactional setting. This role is full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.   • Calendaring
  • Organize, edit/redline, and review documents
  • Prepare legal documentation and court filings with both State and Federal courts
  • Draft correspondence
  • Provide misc. administrative tasks as needed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal
  • Must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to be an effective team player
  • Previous experience in real estate or transactional work is a huge plus
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate is a huge plus but not required
