Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is currently seeking Intake Coordinators for a St. Louis law firm. The Intake Coordinator will handle a high volume of phone calls from current and potential clients. This roles involves the ability to develop rapport with potential clients while asking questions to investigate the root of their legal issues. The Intake Coordinator will also be responsible for updating client profiles and Excel spreadsheets while conducting these calls.

The ideal candidate for the Intake Coordinator opportunities will possess the following qualities:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented

Additional experience and qualities include:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Background in law firm or customer service role
  • Familiar with MS Office products as well as be able to learn additional software
