Job Description

Growing firm in Kansas City seeking an attorney licensed in Kansas or Missouri, preferably both. Worker's compensation defense position with minimal billable hour requirement (100/month) plus substantial bonuses for billables. Looking to start someone as soon as possible. Worker's Compensation experience outside of law school required.

Job Responsibilities

• Significant File Responsibility
• Typical Trial Attorney Responsibilities
• Depositions
• Drafting pleadings
• Dealing with opposing counsel
• Attending court
