Job Description

Small boutique firm, is looking to hire a litigation paralegal. They specialize in medical malpractice and civil litigation. 

Job Duties:

  • Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience, medical malpractice is preferred, but not required
  • Candidates will need to have knowledge of requesting and working with medical records and terminology
  • Candidates will be responsible for client communication
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Trial preparation experience- creating binders/exhibits
