Adams & Martin is looking for a full-time position for a reliable, detail-oriented civil litigation paralegal to join the support team for a small boutique firm in Sacramento  

Responsibilities will include drafting a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, discovery, pleadings, reports, and deposition/medical summaries; deadline and calendar management; document filing with courts and coordinating process servers; preparing records for deposition and trial; legal research; and special projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Paralegal certificate.
  • 2+ years civil litigation paralegal experience in a professional office.
  • Knowledge of state and local civil procedures and court rules.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the support team.
  • Strong IT administration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude despite rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Mature, highly ethical, and dependable.
