Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with Employment Law experience for our client, a reputable Arizona law firm with multiple offices.
You will represent clients through all stages of litigation - investigations, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial matters, the trial itself, and if appropriate, settlements and/or appeals of trial decisions. Employment law experience is required.
You must be comfortable managing your own cases and running litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes.
This firm offers a flexible schedule attorneys and an open PTO policy. Attorneys at the firm bill anywhere from 1200-2500 hours annually. They support all marketing, networking, and business development opportunities.
