The successful candidate will be energetic and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication, and complex creative problem-solving skills. Independent judgment superior analytical ability, multi-party complex case management skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment are a necessity. Extensive knowledge of state, federal and business court rules and practice.
