Job Title: Docket/Calendar Clerk

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Docket/Calendar Clerk with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join a prominent firm in Westwood, CA. This Docket/Calendar Clerk will assist the secretaries throughout the various practice groups as well as the mass torts division. The ideal Docket/Calendar Clerk will have strong knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and procedures with mastery of Microsoft Outlook and other tools necessary to maintain calendars. This position has the opportunity to be hybrid schedule with 1 day remote pending completion of 90-day probationary period.

Docket/Calendar Clerk Duties:

- Schedule appointments, hearings, meetings for attorneys

- Maintain all court deadlines and calendar on Microsoft Outlook

- Identify and resolve any conflicting schedules, rescheduling and communicating changes when necessary

- Send reminders to appropriate personnel regarding upcoming appointments

- Assist in preparation of necessary resources such as meeting rooms, equipment, etc.

- Prepare documents and notes for appropriate meetings

- Maintain accurate record of scheduled appointments and track attendance and notes

Docket/Calendar Clerk Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a heavy litigation desk of 2-5 years of experience

- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and procedures

- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office

Salary Range: $40-60k, depending on experience

Benefits Upon Hire: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) contribution

PTO: 18 days accrued (sick and vacation) with 14 holidays
