Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a local law firm who is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Maintain filing systems and assist with document management.
  • Answer phones, greet clients, and handle inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
