Adams & Martin Group is currently working with a local preeminent firm looking for an experienced paralegal with 5+ years of litigation experience with construction defect, general liability and some personal injury.
We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and passion for drafting a variety of legal documents, such as but not limited to discovery motions, summary judgement motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda and letters. Other duties will include; research, case management, case investigation, trial preparation from beginning to end and be prepared to have a presence at trial. This professional must be a certified paralegal from an ABA- approved training program and have a Bachelor's degree. You must have exceptional research and writing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and a sharp attention to detail is needed, and you must be flexible and wiliing to work within constantly changing priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Offices suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
