Busy Irvine firm is seeking an experienced family law paralegal - do you have what it takes to take the lead on a case and get work done while keeping the clients happy and appeased?

Your job duties will include:

  • Preparation of standard judicial council forms
  • Keeping an updated calendar and task list
  • Communication with clients, attorneys, and others
  • Other duties common to such a role in a family law firm
Knowledge of other substantive tasks such as preparation of declarations, point and authorities, disclosures, etc will be required as the amount of substantive work depends on the new hire's experience and skill. This position does include training of the new employee to our law firm's systems, software we use and structure. Applicant's should have a minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience as a paralegal and be able to work well with others in a busy office environment.
