Mid-Sized Denver law firm has an immediate need an office services position.  The ideal candidate should have a positive, client-service and professional attitude, be dependable, trustworthy and punctual with a strong work ethic; possess excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple demands in a calm and efficient manner.

Duties will include, but are not limited to: front desk coverage during lunch/breaks and vacation/sick, scanning & shredding of documents, updating library materials, various projects from administration and legal assistants, maintaining kitchens, workrooms & conference rooms.  Lift boxes weighing 30 pounds or more.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 1-year relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment; proficiency with Microsoft programs; able to adapt as needed with projects and strong communication skills.  Due to current needs, this position will be temporary, but has the possibility of becoming permanent.  The hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.
