Job Description

Prominent Downtown firm seeks talented litigation legal secretary to join its team! Qualified candidates with have experience with e-filing as well as time entry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, possess excellent grammar and proofreading skills and have strong organizational/filing skills. In addition, successful candidates must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.

Job requirements: 

  • Must possess 3+ years of litigation legal experience, preferably with a defense firm 
  • Experience with both time entry and document management systems are a requirement
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Must possess a typing speed of 70+ WPM
