Job Description

Adam& Martin Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Injury Associate! The ideal candidate will have experience in plaintiffs personal injury law and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of the legal system. The Personal Injury Associate will work closely with senior attorneys to manage cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Responsibilities:
o Conduct legal research and analysis on personal injury matters
o Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
o Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
o Assist in case management, including document review, organization, and preparation for trial
o Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions
o Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as needed
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Qualifications:
o Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
o Admission to the State Bar in TX
o 2+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent research and analytical abilities
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
o Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and service
