Job Title: Family Law Paralegal

We are a highly respected law firm specializing in family law, seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is an in-office position that requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support proceedings.
  • Manage case files and maintain continuous client communication to ensure all parties are informed of case progress.
  • Conduct legal research and compile data from various sources.
  • Prepare and file all court documents, and coordinate with judicial offices as required.
  • Support attorneys in court and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a paralegal in family law.
  • Strong understanding of family law procedures and excellent legal research skills.
  • Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Paralegal certification is preferred.
