Job Description

Bay Area law firm seeks full-time legal secretary with civil litigation experience.

Candidate must be detail oriented, be flexible and able to multi-task, as well as work under pressure and meet deadlines. Applicant must have excellent oral & written communication skills and proofreading capabilities, is well organized and reliable. We are looking for a person has a strong work ethic, can work as part of a team, and can manage their workload without a lot of supervision

Applicant must have experience with all aspects of State and Federal Civil litigation; court rules, E-File, trial prep, and document management. This position requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:
? Litigation experience as a Legal Secretary
? Excellent software skills and seeks efficiency in technology(Lexis Nexus, Abacus, Westlaw, Summation, etc.)
? Outstanding writing, research, and proofreading skills
