Job Description

Sacramento law firms are looking for a Transactional Paralegals to add to their firms. The Transactional Paralegal must have at least 3 years of transactional experience within the areas of Business, Corporate and Real Estate transactions. Remote opportunities available!
 
Responsibilities Include: 
Title and survey review
Redlining and formatting agreements
Preparation of stock certificates, financing statements , releases & resolutions related to liens
Coordinate loan and real estate closings; checklists, coordinating signings, tracking execution, maintenance/organization of closing rooms
Perform public searches, retrieve certified copies of corporate documents, handle filings for LLCs, UCC, and IRS

Requirements Include: 
3+ years of experience within Real Estate, Corporate and Business transactions
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
ABA paralegal certificate
Licensed Notary preferred (not required)
